PotHead Privacy Notice

This notice covers PotHead: Escape the Cloud (“PotHead”) on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Android. It supplements the edibu LLC Privacy Policy; where they differ, this notice controls for PotHead.

The short version

PotHead doesn’t collect personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking, and we don’t sell or share data.

What the game stores

• Your best score. Saved only on your device so the game can show “Your best.” It never leaves your device, and deleting the app deletes it.

Push notifications

PotHead may offer optional push notifications (for example, when a new level is available). They’re off unless you allow them when your device asks.

• If you allow them, your device gets a push token. That token is processed by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging only to deliver notifications to your device. It isn’t used to identify you, for advertising, or for tracking.
• You can turn notifications off at any time in your device’s settings.

Children

PotHead is rated for ages 9+ and is suitable for players of all ages. It doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If PotHead starts handling information differently, we’ll update this notice and the “Last Updated” date before the change ships.
